The Cherry Township Board of Supervisors adopted a revised Right-to-Know Policy by Resolution at the regular Township meeting held on August 6, 2024. The policy can be found as an addendum to Resolution 24-02, found under Documents on this website.
In 2021, Governor Wolf inacted a law requiring anyone who wishes to speak at a Township meeting, or to have an issue discussed at a Township meeting, must notify the Township in advance so the discussion can be placed on the meeting agenda.
