Right-To-Know Request Policy Adopted

The Cherry Township Board of Supervisors adopted a revised Right-to-Know Policy by Resolution at the regular Township meeting held on August 6, 2024.  The policy can be found as an addendum to Resolution 24-02, found under Documents on this website.

Property Tax Penalty Forgiveness

The penalty for real estate taxes was forgiven through November 30, 2020. Taxes paid in December will now be assessed the penalty amount, and those taxes must be paid by December 31, 2020.
