New Agenda Posting Requirement

Governor Wolf has passed Act 65 of 2021, requiring that Townships post meeting agendas in advance of the monthly public meeting.    A copy of a breakdown of the contents of the Act is ACT 65 OF 2021 included here.

Residents and entities should be aware that, if they wish to discuss a topic at an upcoming public meeting, they need to notify the Township of that request no later than three days in advance of the meeting.  The secretary will place that item on the Agenda, so the Township will be in compliance with the provisions of Act 65.
